Job Title: ERP Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented ERP Support Specialist with hands-on experience with an ERP system, preferably Infor M3 and Birst.

Reports to: Head of Business Systems

Location: This role is 5 days a week at our NYC Headquarters

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for ERP users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in system configurations, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing training for existing users.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement new features and enhancements.
Analyze and document user requirements and recommend system improvements.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and FAQs.
Assist in data migration and validation processes during system updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Proven experience in ERP support or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with system integrations and data management.

• Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools.

• Project management experience is a plus.

Salary: Salary range is $65k-$85k
