Summary: As the central driving force within the Marketing department, the Marketing Manager role encompasses campaign execution and comprehensive support for marketing and sales initiatives. This position plays a pivotal role in realizing Ariel's business development objectives.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Execute marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies across diverse channels, encompassing web, email, and social media, aligned with content and marketing strategies developed by the marketing director.
Skillfully manage the logistics and registration process for marketing events, including conferences, internal events, and digital classes.
Demonstrate expertise in Pardot and email automation rules, ensuring optimal utilization.
Employ lead allocation and tracking methodologies using grading and scoring best practices.
Showcase WordPress proficiency and a proactive approach to exploring new template avenues.
Embrace experimentation and a creative mindset in campaign initiatives.
Collaborate closely with a graphic designer, providing comprehensive briefs for marketing materials.
Act as the guardian of the Ariel brand, upholding its integrity and consistency.
Cultivate a close working relationship with the sales team, actively seeking innovative methods to generate leads and prospects.
Engage in regular research and pitch Ariel thought leaders to pertinent industry publications.
Take charge of marketing lists hygiene within our marketing automation database.
Contribute to data preparation and reporting on marketing metrics.
Assist in drafting, proofing, and publishing all new blog and web page content.
Oversee the posting and management of bios for employees, coaches, and facilitators, drafting them as requested.
Manage various supplementary marketing projects as required.
Actively contribute insights and ideas during team brainstorming and planning sessions.

Qualifications:

5-9 years’ experience in marketing.
Exhibit outstanding organizational and project management capabilities, coupled with the ability to innovatively solve challenges without constant guidance.
Possess an entrepreneurial self-starting attitude, capable of effectively managing diverse and competing priorities.
Display tech-savviness and proven experience with web-based event registration, email, and content management applications. A passion for leveraging technology in marketing, including social media, is essential.
Display high proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Possess excellent written, verbal, and copyediting skills.
Preferred skills include: basic video editing abilities, familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with WordPress and Pardot.
Background in event planning.

Base salary: $75,000-$90,000

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
