Global Partner Strategy: Define and implement Atlan's global partnership strategy, encompassing ISVs, CSPs, SIs, and GSIs. You'll be responsible for the strategy's creation, execution, and ongoing evaluation to ensure its effectiveness
Team Leadership:As the architect of our alliances strategy, you'll design the organizational structure and build a world-class team that encompasses all necessary capabilities to drive our alliances forward
Team Management:Set and operationalize team goals to ensure we meet and exceed our pipeline and revenue targets. Your leadership will be pivotal in steering the team towards success
Partnership Alignment:Ensure alignment across our partner organizations, including executive engagement, field alignment, formal terms, and partner programs. Your strategic vision will keep us synchronized and thriving
