As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations and ensure the smooth running of the food preparation process. Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation is in line with our high standards
Create and implement innovative and seasonal menu ideas
Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff members
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety guidelines
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth communication and coordination

Requirements

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary

Benefits

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000
