ABOUT YOU

A registered nurse with multi-site management experience, exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and strong commitment to providing excellent care to our patients. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.

YOU WILL

Have full responsibility and accountability over multiple ambulatory surgery centers operating in Florida. This includes working with full-time administrators at each facility on day-to-day operational and financial management of each Surgery Center.
Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate all program elements of and services at each Surgery Center
Provide leadership to the full-time Administrator/Director of Nursing regarding medical and administrative needs to promote outstanding results in patient care along with physician, patient and associate satisfaction with the Surgery Center’s services and culture.
Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Dental Officer and the Governing Body to create and implement the Strategic Plan and Goals and Objective of the organization at each of the facilities in your region.
Monitor the facility operating and capital budgets, submitting reports as required and taking actions, which will assure meeting all budget targets at each facility.
Manage annual Budget and reporting in conjunction with Chief Financial Officer for Blue Cloud to maximize EBITDA and identify trends and methods at each facility.
Review incident reports and work with clinical leadership and staff to make improvements in processes that promote the safe treatment of pediatric patients.
Must reside in Florida, or willing to relocate
