Description: Provide operational, tactical, and technical expertise to support Air Force equities associated with the export of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and all associated subsystems, processes, and platforms. Provide support for the full range of Department of the Air Force (DAF) and partner air force EW systems and platforms, as well as their tactical and operational employment in peacetime training and contingency operations. Support the development of Department of the Air Force (DAF) export and foreign disclosure guidance for DAF EW systems and associated equipment, subsystems, and processes. Assist with the management of DAF Electronic Combat International Security Assistance Program (EICISAP) and provide program support for implementation of the DAF ECISAP focusing primarily on supporting all EWIR and non-EWIR Intelligence Mission data requirements for all platforms. Assist US and foreign acquisition organizations with requirements, programming, and analysis of international EW system operational capability, and act as a conduit between DAF EW Program Offices and US intelligence community (IC) (e.g., NASIC, NSA, DIA, etc.) in support of international EW FMS program execution. Assist in requesting release of requested information through the intelligence community and submitting requests for Release in Principle (RIP) and Release in Specific (RIS) to the intelligence community for the release of EWIR and non-EWIR database information. Coordinate closely with the Air Force Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency (AFISRA) and the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) and the F-35 Joint Reprogramming Element in support of disclosure decisions and production and distribution of FMS IMD. Offer expert technical support to US Government in support of engagement with foreign military and government officials on DAF FMS EW systems and EW processes, including but not limited to, drafting and delivering briefings, drafting papers and correspondence, and participating in meetings as an advisor to the responsible US Government official. Draft, review, and provide subject matter expertise to US Government personnel for sensitivity of technology reports portions of 36(b) notification of foreign military sales to the US Congress.

Position Requirements

A Top Secret (TS)/SCI Security Clearance and NATO Secret.
Demonstrated experience as a pilot, weapons systems operator, or crew member in the F-16, F-15, F-22, F-35, F-18, A-10, B-1, B-2, EA-6B, EF-111, or other customer-approved aircraft.
A minimum of 500 flying hours in one – or a combination of – the aircraft listed in above.
Active flying or crew member experience in an aircraft listed within the last eight (8) years preferred or continued demonstrated experience in EW programs.
Experience working with foreign militaries.
Highly Desired: Graduate of the USAF Weapons Instructor Course, Navy Top Gun program, Marine Corps Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course, or U.S. Navy Airborne Electronic Attack Weapons School is preferred, or other customer-approved equivalent experience.
Knowledge and general understanding of the following: USAF roles and missions; SAF/IA’s role within and relationship towards the security cooperation community; Security cooperation, international affairs, security assistance, foreign military sales to include the process, legislation, and players.
