What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Co-Founder & CTO with a pioneering spirit, exceptional technical expertise, and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, experience in SaaS platforms, AI and machine learning, and the leadership skills necessary to guide our engineering team and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the development and execution of our product's technical strategy.
Lead the engineering team to build a scalable, secure, and cutting-edge AI platform.
Collaborate with fellow founders to align technological vision with business goals.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Attract, retain, and develop top-tier engineering talent.
Engage with investors, stakeholders, and customers to demonstrate our technology's potential.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a senior engineering leader or CTO, preferably in a fast pace environment.
Or solid experience in software engineering and architecture, with a robust portfolio of successful projects.
Expertise in AI, machine learning algorithms, and software architecture.
Strong track record of developing and launching successful tech products.
Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work style.
Degree or reputable certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
