We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Wedding Accommodations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of guest accommodations for weddings and related events. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional service to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for wedding guests.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for couples and event planners to understand their accommodation needs and preferences.
Venue Liaison: Collaborate with venues to coordinate room blocks, negotiate rates, and ensure availability of accommodations for wedding guests.
Guest Services: Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and special requests related to accommodations, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Booking Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings, room allocations, and guest lists. Monitor room block utilization and adjust reservations as necessary.
Vendor Coordination: Work closely with hotels, resorts, and other accommodation providers to arrange special packages or amenities for wedding groups.
Problem Resolution: Address any issues or discrepancies regarding reservations, payments, or guest concerns promptly and effectively.
Logistics and Planning: Assist in creating detailed itineraries or information packets for guests, providing essential details about accommodations, transportation options, and local attractions.
Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends, new venues, and accommodation options to offer diverse choices and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
The ability to build strong relationships with vendors and accommodation partners.
No experience necessary
Computer or smart phone required
Must be 18+ and coachable
Must be eligible to work in the US.
