SCOUT has become her go-to resource by providing the products she needs to contain, organize, and carry all the stuff she needs to successfully navigate her busy life.

Combining fashion & function at an affordable price, SCOUT has found a niche in the tote bag market and has created a sustainable competitive advantage. The core product assortment includes bags, coolers, accessories, and home organization. To further establish itself as a lifestyle brand, SCOUT is rapidly expanding into new product categories via key licensing partnerships and selective brand collaborations.

About The Position

As our Systems Administrator, you will be working directly with our Customer Operations Team to manage and maintain NetSuite and all our other business systems. We want to leverage your existing skills and experience across all elements of this position’s job responsibilities, while also providing you with a wider opportunity to learn and apply your skills in a dynamic, exciting environment at SCOUT. For a business of our size, we have a lot of moving parts ranging from our supply chain to branding and marketing to our sales team. We want you to have visibility and understanding of all aspects of our business, as this will be critical to both our success and your personal and professional growth. The salary range is $100K-$130K.

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide maintenance and daily management of NetSuite and other business applications, including general system administration, user onboarding, offboarding, license management, building and maintaining proper system permission access.
Understand the business and identifies technology and process opportunities to drive value and efficiencies for the organization.
Provide end-user support with technical and reporting questions, provide end user education, serve as an applications champion and coach for end users.
Build, run, distribute, and support dashboards, searches, and operational reports to provide insight into data needs for all team functions.
Provide support in development, functional testing, and rollout of customizations, workflows, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases, and system integration based on user/business needs.
Manage custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows to meet business requirements.
Maintain the integrity of the sandbox environments.
Point of contact to NetSuite support and all 3rd party integration partners.
Troubleshoot Netsuite defects, customization errors and 3rd party applications failures and pursue solution methodically by sandbox testing and contacting application support teams.
Create and maintain a repository of Knowledge Base documents and User Guides.

Required

What we’d like to see in you:

Understanding of NetSuite ERP/CRM and at least 2+ years of experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform, including customizations in place, scripting, and connectors.
- NetSuite skills preferably should include the ability to troubleshoot SuiteScript 2.1/2.0/1, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteCommerce and Design Fundamentals.
Understanding of common industry-standard business practices in accounting, supply chain, and reporting.
Experience using forms, fields, custom records, and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within the ERP system.
Proficiency with saved searches, SQL syntax, reports, and customized dashboards.
Basic knowledge of Celigo and other data integrations preferred.
Some experience in HTML and Advanced HTML/PDF Templates.
Some experience with NetSuite integrations with third party applications and connectors.
Some experience with modern E-Commerce Platforms, specifically Shopify.
The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.
A college degree with a technical or business management major.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
A candidate who wants to learn the business and use technology to solve business problems.
Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to form relationships both externally and internally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Google Applications.

Preferred

NetSuite Administrator Certification.
Experience with broad business applications stack, including WMS, and TMS demand planning systems.
API and EDI applications highly preferred.
