As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Work closely with brand management teams and select suppliers to develop new product innovation, tracking existing product lines
Manage supply chain planning and communicate orders with first-tier suppliers
Drive new product development from inception to in-market, tracking and assisting with inventory management
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives
Manage relationships with clients and external partners
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

5+ years of experience in operations management & product development in the Personal Care sector
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations, or other business discipline
Strong leadership and management skills
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
