Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Security Engineer in Richfield, OH. The Network Security Engineer will be responsible for network administration, network security, network engineering, cybersecurity, and information security tasks to ensure the security and integrity of the network infrastructure. This individual will be lead planning, designing, implementing and managing projects and support activities for internal local area network architecture including vendor selection, standardization, redundancy, and performance management.

Qualifications

Network Administration and Network Engineering skills
Network Security and Cybersecurity expertise
Experience in implementing and maintaining network security measures
Ability to analyze and respond to security incidents
Lead trouble-shooting and corrective action support for network and security related applications through internal staff and external suppliers
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft or Unix operating systems
Relevant certifications such as MSCE, CISCO, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or CCNP
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
8+years experience with overall computing architectures, WWW architectures, LAN/WAN networking, application design concepts and architectures, languages and tools across a wide spectrum of computing platforms and technologies
