Director of Tax, Audit, and Accounting

Salary: Competitive base up to $140,000 + bonus + equity

Our client is a global staffing firm on a growth trajectory, partnering with Fortune 500 companies and public accounting firms across various domains, including Tax, Audit, Assurance, Advisory, and more. They are seeking a Director of Tax, Audit, and Accounting who can drive their New York operations while leading a high performing recruitment team to success.

The Director of Tax, Audit, and Accounting will:

Scale a team to 10+ recruiters across Tax, Audit, and Advisory services.
Strategically manage and grow client relationships across Commerce, Industry, and CPA sectors.
Lead the expansion efforts, with the potential to open a new office in Chicago.
Drive performance, with the uncapped earnings potential tied to personal bonus and P&L performance.
Be a key player in achieving the company's ambitious goal of reaching $20M NFI, with a seven-figure equity attachment.

Essential Skills:

Proven leadership in Tax, Audit, and Accounting Recruitment within Commerce and Industry
Strong understanding of P&L management and financial performance.
Experience with scaling teams and expanding operations.
Exceptional client relationship management skills.
Strategic vision to contribute to business growth and expansion.
