Isoclima Specialty Glass is a medium-sized specialty glass company with a global presence, specializing in providing high-quality glass products to a range of industries, including automotive, construction, and architectural. Our products are known for their durability, reliability, and exceptional performance. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Position Summary:

As an IT Support Specialist at Isoclima Specialty Glass, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 5 years of IT experience with a focus on desktop support and basic network administration. They should be able to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, set up new user accounts and hardware, and provide essential IT support services.

Responsibilities:

· Provide desktop support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

· Set up and configure new user accounts and hardware, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

· Monitor, manage, and maintain network and PC hardware, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.

· Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the reliability and security of the IT infrastructure.

· Assist in the administration of Active Directory, including user management and access control.

· Manage DNS and DHCP configurations to ensure efficient network operations.

· Support and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.

· Assist in virtualization tasks, such as configuring and managing virtual machines.

· Implement and manage Veeam backups to protect critical data.

· Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technology trends.

Skills Required:

· Proficiency in MS Windows 10/11.

· Experience with O365.

· Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.

· Knowledge of remote monitoring and management software (e.g., NinjaOne, Syncro, etc.).

· Basic network administration skills, including experience with Meraki.

· Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.

· Experience with Windows Server administration.

· Knowledge of virtualization technologies.

· Ability to configure and manage Veeam backups.

Preferred Skills:

· Additional certifications or experience in relevant IT fields.

· Familiarity with other IT tools, software, or platforms relevant to our industry.

Qualifications:

· An Associate degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience (minimum of 5 years).

· 2 - 5 years of IT support and network administration experience.
