Responsibilities

Owns projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
Handle business-critical IT tasks and system administration
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, software inventory
Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
Maintain essential IT operations, including but not limited to operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
Provides desktop support and network support, phone systems, security cameras, software (primarily Microsoft environment), ERP system implementation, maintenance, and support
Supervises daily operations of network and server function
Managing IT budgets, forecast, handling cash flow and enforcing cost-effectiveness
Project management, promotes solutions, and key responsibilities within larger business initiative
Assessing and purchasing new and replacement hardware
Handles business-critical IT tasks and system administration
Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes
Implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems
Complying that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes and regulations
Testing, troubleshooting, and adjusting information systems to operate effectively
Understand and support any ERP process and how it may be best utilized by the business, including “hands-on” support as needed

Additional Functions:

Provide relief support to other members of IT team during their absence (PTO or medical)
Other duties as assigned

Preferred Knowledge of, Skill and/or Ability to:

Excel in a fast-paced, agile environment using critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge and understanding of the processes relating to production orders, scheduling, inventory control, shipping and receiving
Strong technical skills
Understand fundamentals of a relational database
Microsoft Hyper-V
Oracle DBA and database architecture
Knowledge of CMMC/NIST
Knowledge of BI tools
Can use various database objects and leverage them using SQL
Utilize strong organizational skills
Must have good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and with high attention to detail
Meet deadlines
Function independently as well as part of a team
Continue education and attend required training
Proven leadership skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (Preferred)
5+ years of experience in IT Management or include ERP systems, IQMS experience, SQL (Preferred)
Knowledge of programming languages and operating systems, current equipment and technologies, backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring
Expertise with implementing, configuring and testing solutions
