We are actively recruiting for a Concur Specialist who has a proven track record of success. The Concur Specialist will report to the Sr. Concur Coordinator and is responsible for the processing and accounting review of Concur expense reports, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee and business information. This role will ensure that deliverables meet or exceed objectives and will help to streamline processes.

This position will be located in our Towson, Maryland office where we have a hybrid schedule (currently 2 days a week in office).

Responsibilities:

Review expense reports for compliance with Sunshine act and ITCI policy.
Complete Accounting approval of expense reports for processing.
Coordinate with Sr. Concur Coordinator and cross-functionally with other business units on any potential issues found within expense reports.
Identify and resolve issues through proactive communication and regular reporting to management.
Maintain a strong customer focus and develop key relationships with all internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Assist with other ad-hoc projects as assigned, such as implementation of new processes, systems, and technology, etc.
Complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in accounting, finance, or general administration
Pharmaceutical or life sciences experience is preferred.
Experience with Sunshine Reporting Act requirements is preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Team player who can work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities with deadlines, without sacrificing quality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly detail oriented and organized in work
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficiency in Word and Excel required
Experience with Concur is required.
