Role : IAM Engineer

Job type : Contract

Location : Minnesota ( Hybrid )

Job Description :

Implement and manage identity services and platforms.
Provide after-hours on-call support (rotating schedule).
Design and develop engineering standards and operating procedures.
Serve as a technical consultant and architect for IT Engineering and Operations.
Lead integration efforts between Identity Providers (IDP) and other platforms.
Support disaster recovery, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.
Troubleshoot complex issues and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Collaborate with internal and external teams to extend identity solutions.
Participate in peer reviews, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
Provide 24x7 support for emergency situations and planned maintenance.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
3+ years of experience with SSO technologies (Okta, Entra, SecureAuth).
3+ years working with identity provisioning tools (Saviynt, Okta, Oracle).
2+ years of experience with PAM tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
Strong experience with various MFA methods and their deployment.
Proven experience in scripting, software development, and architectural design.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executive leadership.
Ability to provide technical training and mentoring.
