Overview: Responsible for providing eCOA technical and general administrative support for assigned studies including but not limited to managing and overseeing eCOA license agreements, supporting management of eCOA translations, eCOA completion monitoring, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution, document management (TMF) and delivery of study decommissioning on time, on budget and with high quality.

· Central point of contact for day-to-day eCOA activity support for assigned studies

· Secure eCOA permissions and licensing agreements and maintain eCOA license holder database

· Execute and document eCOA UAT activities

· Review and monitor investigative site/subject eCOA completion and protocol compliance

· Work with vendor(s) or relevant department to support eCOA translations end to end

· Review eCOA licensing related invoices and coordinate payment of licensing fees as needed

· Maintain database of eCOA source documents and translations

· Manage and reconcile eCOA study documentation in TMF

· Ability to problem solve

· Excellent coordination, time management, organizational, communication and project management skills

· Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously

· 3 yrs. industry experience; motivated junior candidates will be considered
