What You’ll Be Up To

Lead and inspire our developer team and oversee company applications.
Keep our third-party infrastructure and security partners in check, ensuring everything is up to snuff in terms of productivity and protection.
Be the strategic captain for our cybersecurity efforts—making sure we’re always one step ahead!
Take charge of exciting IT projects like migrating to the cloud, implementing MS Intune, and conducting penetration testing.
Stay on top of the latest tech trends and bring fresh ideas to the table on how we can use them to boost our biz.
Be the go-to tech guru, advising the team on how new technology can fit into our business.
Plan, develop, and evaluate the department’s daily operations to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Team Vibes

You’ll lead 4 direct reports and manage up to 8 indirectly, working closely with third-party support for both our systems infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Transform and lead digital and retail innovation projects
Work on a Cloud migration from start to finish
Launch a brand new leading edge shopper marketing technology
Launch an e-Commerce platform system

What We’re Looking For

Ability to work on-site in our Iselin, NJ office 4 to 5 days a week is required
5-10 years of management experience, ideally in the grocery or retail world
Proficient in Microsoft systems, cyber security protocols
Understanding of basic coding (SQL, SSI and .NET from a managerial perspective) strong preferred
A strong communicator who can break down complex tech jargon and talk shop with coworkers, clients, and managers alike.
A tech-savvy leader with a degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
Solid with numbers—someone who can handle probabilities, statistics, and ratios.
