Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Manager to oversee and manage their IT infrastructure and cloud applications. This role is crucial in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our client's IT systems, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, SharePoint, Help Desk operations, and overall security measures.

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000/annual

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Occasional extended hours and weekends may be required to meet business needs.)

Work Location: Remote (West/Mountain Time Zone preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Proven experience (5+ years) in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, SharePoint, and Help Desk operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID migrations.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure components.
Experience with security best practices and tools.
Demonstrated ability to monitor and drive KPIs related to IT infrastructure performance.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Experience in managing and implementing change effectively.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Manage and optimize Microsoft Office 365 environments, including user management, licensing, and service integrations.
Lead Active Directory and Entra ID migrations, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
Administer SharePoint environments, including configuration, user permissions, and site management.
Ensure robust Help Desk support, providing timely resolution of technical issues and managing a team of support staff.
Implement and monitor security measures to protect the organization's IT assets and data.
Maintain and support network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
Ensure connectivity and performance for all networked devices and services.
Collaborate with other IT teams to address and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring IT services and support meet or exceed user expectations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including end-users, senior management, and other IT teams.
Handle strong personalities and high stressed individuals with professionalism and care.
