Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team as a co-founder. This is an equity-based position offering the opportunity to shape the technological direction of a groundbreaking healthcare platform. As CTO, you will lead the development and implementation of RevolutionHealth’s technology strategy, ensuring that our platform remains at the cutting edge of innovation, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy and Vision:
Develop and execute a robust technology strategy aligned with RevolutionHealth’s mission and business objectives.
Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Platform Development and Management:
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of the RevolutionHealth platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Integrate real-time billing notifications, patient-approved billing systems, automated prior authorizations, and advanced analytics into the platform.

Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Collaborate closely with the CEO, CDO, COO, and other executives to drive company-wide initiatives.

Product Management:
Guide product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
Implement agile methodologies to streamline product development and enhance responsiveness to user feedback.

Data Security and Compliance:
Ensure the platform complies with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
Implement advanced security measures, including end-to-end encryption and secure authentication, to protect sensitive patient data.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
Present technical concepts and strategies to investors, stakeholders, and partners.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a tech-driven environment.
Deep understanding of healthcare technology, SaaS platforms, and data analytics.
Strong knowledge of EHR systems, insurance databases, and healthcare compliance regulations.
Expertise in AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
