Responsibilities:

- Nutanix: Administer and maintain Nutanix infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and management of Nutanix clusters. Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of Nutanix environments.
- Windows Server Management: Administer and maintain Windows server operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of server infrastructure.
- Office 365 and Azure: Oversee the deployment, administration, and management of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other related services. Monitor and maintain Azure-based resources, such as virtual machines, virtual networks, and storage.
- SQL Server Administration: Manage and optimize SQL Server databases, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
- Power BI: Utilize Power BI tools to develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve them. Respond to system outages, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate remediation strategies.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Share knowledge with team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes.
- Additional Responsibilities: These are your primary responsibilities; however, you may be assigned other tasks as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably in a Windows-based environment.
Strong knowledge and experience with Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
Proficiency in managing Office 365 services and Azure resources.
SQL Server administration and query optimization is a plus.
Experience with Nutanix infrastructure management.
Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.

Work Schedule

This position requires working from the office.
Regular hours will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
As a System Administrator, you will be expected to be available after hours, on weekends, and/or holidays if there is an issue with our systems.
