About OneFifteen

OneFifteen is a not-for-profit healthcare ecosystem dedicated to the full and sustained recovery of people living with substance use disorders. OneFifteen was founded in 2019, at the height of the opioid epidemic in America. OneFifteen currently operates three levels of substance use disorder treatment care in Dayton, Ohio, including outpatient services, residential inpatient services, and supportive housing in the local community. OneFifteen also offers hybrid, telehealth-based care to patients in Franklin County, Ohio, with the intention to scale this offering statewide.

OneFifteen deploys a learning healthcare system to advance our understanding of addiction medicine and the best strategies to promote sustained recovery. Our ultimate goal is to support individuals to live healthy, fulfilling lives free of addiction. As such, we will focus on a patient-centered and harm reduction experience and ensure a patient’s whole health needs are fully met, including biopsychosocial needs.

About The President Role

OneFifteen is seeking a visionary, dynamic leader to be its President. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, capable of steering and scaling the organization to achieve its mission. The President will lead the OneFifteen team to provide best-in-class care and support services with dedication to quality, innovation, and holistic recovery. The President is the highest-ranking executive of the organization and reports to the OneFifteen Board of Directors.

The President is responsible for ensuring optimal operations, high clinical quality standards, and financial sustainability. The President oversees both the strategic direction of OneFifteen and the day-to-day operations. The President oversees a team of administrators, clinicians, and support staff. OneFifteen Recovery has two subsidiary organizations. OneFifteen Care, LLC, provides clinical services and OneFifteen Professionals, LLC, houses the medical practice.The President oversees critical relationships with organizations that provide services to OneFIfteen including: legal, regulatory, marketing, and advocacy. At the same time, the President must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations and blend best-in-class care delivery models with advanced technology solutions to engage care team members, improve outcomes, and reduce costs. The President works closely with partners that build, design, and deploy technology and measurement solutions to improve outcomes. Finally, The President advocates for OneFifteen and its patients at the federal, state and local level and is a spokesperson for evidence-based substance use disorder treatment.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Champion OneFifteen’s mission to heal people experiencing substance use disorders through learning, science, and partnership
Foster a culture of quality, innovation, and collaboration
Build trust with key partners, funders, and stakeholders, and act as a liaison for the Board

Financial Stewardship

Maintain a deep knowledge of the substance use disorder and behavioral health industry, including market trends and competitive landscape
Oversee financial planning, reporting, and risk management for a 501(c)3 organization.
Develop and manage the organization's budget and ensure financial sustainability
Lead development, grant, and fundraising efforts to maximize sustainability and fund novel programs

Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, their loved ones, staff, Board of Directors, community members, federal, state and local officials, and local health care and social services organizations
Represent OneFifteen at public events, conferences, and in the media. Champion OneFifteen’s vision and values
Advocate for policies, regulations, and reimbursement that support OneFifteen’s mission and those living with substance use disorders

Operational Management

Develop high-quality clinical, organizational, and financial strategies ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term objectives
Lead operations and scaling for substance use disorder treatment programs and complementary, supportive services
Enforce compliance with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards

Team Leadership

Recruit, develop, and retain a high performing executive team
Provide mentorship and support to staff at all levels of the organization
Lead and motivate a diverse team, ensuring high performance and team cohesion

Qualifications

Minimum

Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on substance use disorder and/or behavioral health treatment preferred
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for clinical educational background
Exceptional strategic planning, financial management, and organizational skills
Demonstrated successes in scaling operations, financial sustainability, and development
Passion for evidence-based treatment, innovation, and quality improvement

Preferred

Demonstrated success in operating and managing behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment operations, including medical, clinical, and quality oversight, billing and revenue management, and team management
Demonstrated knowledge of the technology landscape in healthcare including digital health platforms, telehealth, electronic health records, and population health management tools
Experience collaborating with academic and commercial life science organizations, and managing relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including governmental entities and payers
Experience shaping strategy in complex regulatory and policy environments
Established reputation and relationships in Dayton, Ohio or within the state of Ohio
Non profit executive leadership experience
Ability and desire to travel up to 10% of the time and work onsite several days per month

Salary: [$150,000 - $160,000]
