We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cofounder / CTO with experience in growing websites/platforms from 0 to 5+ million in reveue to join our team and help shape the future of our platform.

Job Description:

As a Co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of Rafikee, our Data Science Job Board. Your responsibilities will include strategy development, technical implementation, and business development, as well as contributing to the overall vision of the platform. You will work closely with the founding team to create a user-friendly, innovative, and industry-leading job board.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the strategic vision and direction of Rafikee
Develop and implement growth strategies for the platform, including marketing, SEO, and partnership opportunities.
Work closely with our technical team to ensure a seamless user experience for both job seekers and employers.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize platform performance and attract top talent in the data science industry.
