We are currently searching for Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our Corporate Team at our HQ located in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a member of the senior leadership team reporting directly to the President, the CIO is a vital contributor to the long-term growth strategy of the company. The CIO is responsible for working with business leaders to ensure the creation of value for the business, establishing the IT vision and strategy, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and appropriately managing risk. The CIO will oversee the IT team and external IT related partners, which are focused on initiatives designed to create value to the business as well as ensuring an appropriate operating model that consistently provides reliable core services for all stakeholders.

CIO candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, Finance or Supply Chain Management, an MBA is preferred but not required. Knowledge of network infrastructure and security protection strategies. A broad understanding of software systems and IT business solutions – SAP, M365, AWS, Azure, .Net Core in particular. Experience as a senior level IT leader in the distribution or manufacturing space. Proven experience operating in acquisitive company environment, where evaluating and integrating IT systems, capabilities and teams will be required. The ability to attract, retain, coach, develop, and lead others. High energy, ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented, growing organization…sense of humor a must. Experience working with a Board of Advisors. Excellent collaboration with other departments, auditors, and affiliated teams.
