Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Franklin, WI
Duration: 0 - 6 Month Contract(Remote Work)
Duties:
- Provide technical support for end-user hardware and software issues.
- Create and update system builds for end user systems.
- Monitor the systems daily and respond immediately to security, technical or reliability concerns.
- Monitor infrastructure and report any concerns or issues to higher technical support.
- Create and verify backups of data. Perform restores as needed.
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
- Upgrade infrastructure systems as required for enhanced functionality and security.
- Troubleshoot/Configuration.
- Review application and system logs for errors and consult other team members for recommended remediation.
- Install and test new POC and demo systems.
- Provide support for desk phones and mobile devices.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Primary tools-related experience:
- Gemalto/Thales (or similar digital Identity Access Management and Security experience).
- Guardium.
- Kangaru (or similar encryption experience, Symantec PGP as a potential alternative).
- Tanium (or similar IT asset management platform).
- Venafi (specifically CodeSigning, TrustAuthority, and TrustForce).
Experience with:
- Proofpoint suite of products.
- Symantec suite of products.
- Trend Micro AV.
- Crowdstrike.
- Tanium.
- Windows Defender.
- Solarwinds.
- Gemalto/Thales.
- MS Certificate Services.
- Palo Alto suite of products.
- Sourcefire, Splunk, Sourcefire, Guardium, Venafi, Checkmarx, Twistlock, Rapid7, NexusIQ, Phantom/SOAR.
- Azure Rights Management Services.
