We are looking for a talented Systems Administrator to join our team on a full-time, direct hire basis. This role is primarily onsite, with four days a week in the office, offering the chance to work closely with an amazing team. Key Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure Services (50%):
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Print Services, Office 365 Tenant, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure administration, and network infrastructure.
- Oversee servers, network switches, firewalls, NAS, virtual hosts, security systems, and backup/recovery systems.
- IT Solution Development (20%):
- Design end-to-end IT solutions, develop technical documentation, optimize system performance, and propose innovative solutions.
- IT Strategy (10%):
- Collaborate on IT strategic planning, promote continuous improvement and innovation, and stay updated on industry best practices.
- IT Project Management (10%):
- Track and complete IT projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and conduct post-project evaluations.
- IT Help Desk Support (10%):
- Manage IT assets, provide remote and in-person technical support, document issues, and conduct IT Security Awareness Training.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information science, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience with relevant certifications will also be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT-related role is required. Relevant certifications are highly valued.
