Typical task breakdown:
- Support LAN infrastructure across local campus
- Support site-specific applications
- Monitor and direct trouble support processes
- Vulnerability reporting and remediation
- Assisting with Operational Technology Support
- Participate in enhancement projects across campus - On-call support
Interaction with team:
- Working one-on-one with IT Infrastructure lead
Work environment:
- Primarily office environment with sporadic engagement on Industrial factory floor
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer sciences or equivalent experience
Technical Skills (Required)
- IT troubleshooting, knowledge of network infrastructure, Knowledge of Microsoft PC & Servers
(Desired)
- Knowledge of support like Service Now, CyberArk, Remote Desktop,SQL Database experience
Soft Skills (Required)
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, punctual and dependable
