As an Enterprise Account Executive, your primary focus will be on new business development within a geographic territory in North America. You will be selling our sought-after Enterprise Visitor Management Solution, known for optimizing security and streamlining visitor experiences. With an established presence in Fortune 500 companies, we are now looking to grow and obtain market share with a new dedicated sales team in the US. Working within a rapidly expanding team, your core focus will be on acquiring net new clients.
Duties and Responsibilities – include the following, but are not limited to:
- Managing a pipeline of qualified leads
- Prospecting and generating leads in to build out your own pipeline
- Conducting market research to identify key players, trends, and emerging opportunities
- Leveraging security expertise to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized proposals
- Negotiating contracts and terms with clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Staying up to date with industry trends and advancements
- Owning and developing territory strategy plans
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and present to the sales management team
- Own your business: Increase sales, develop leads, and close opportunities - Develop territory strategy plan and specific account plans, expand install base and acquire net new customers, create, and execute demand generation plans within territory, be accountable for all aspects of achieving your number
Requirements: - To be considered, you must have:
- Have at least 4 years previous experience in end user enterprise sales, in SaaS or security, into the C-suite. Rolodex of contacts within Fortune 500 companies within tech, biotech/pharmaceutical, or finance are a huge plus
- Strong knowledge of security technologies preferred, including but not limited to access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, Visitor Management, Workplace, cybersecurity and IT principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
- Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify leads, develop sales strategies, and close deals
- Strong cross-functional project management skills; comfortable in a complex selling environment with multiple decision makers at many levels both internally and externally
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively navigate complex sales cycles
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address client needs with innovative solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage opportunities
- Developing sales pipelines, accurately forecasting penetrating new accounts, driving the sales process within a consultative selling environment, and achieving quota in $1m range
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle and be located near a major metro airport with the ability to travel up to 50-75% to meet with clients and attend industry events
