Our client is a well-established brokerage firm headquartered in China, with a subsidiary in New York City. Due to the growth of the US business, they are looking for an Administrative Manager to join their team in their NYC office.
Your new role
As an Admin/Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the company, participating in human resources, full suite of administrative support to various departments, and expat management including working visas. You will also be responsible for developing and implement office policies and procedures. You will support various departments to ensure smooth operations and will be providing training and support as needed. This role is onsite in their NYC office.
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office/admin management
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (oral and written communication)
- Experience handling working visas for foreign visitors or expatriates.
- Start-up experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
