Profitable, established, cybersecurity and privacy company with unique, proven products that are already successfully being delivered to the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and multiple other industry sectors is now ready to expand into the market of 10 million+ U.S. companies desperately in need of cybersecurity for survival and regulatory reasons.
We are seeking a CEO/Partner/Investor (U.S. citizen only) that will support and lead us as we execute our expansion and scaling plans.
In addition to expanding our core businesses, we are pursuing a monstrous opportunity to build an AI-driven GRC/eQMS system initially targeted at the specific DoD DIB market of 1.2MM U.S. companies. To that end, we have been developing such a system and the associated business plan. Depending upon the exact definitions with respect to our application/product development process, we have achieved up to stage 3 for application development and up to level 6 for technology readiness.
Our current company is profitable and has no internal operational funding requirements. Our business plan calls for a phased funding approach with Phase 1 funding consisting of $2MM DoD grant funding so as not to dilute partner equity.
The current company owners (while brilliant and totally squared away) are too senior to fully lead this effort and are seeking a dynamic individual who can help us maximize this opportunity.
Of course, we are not just looking for anyone. While we can train you on many aspects of this complex project, you will need to bring some core capabilities to the table.
In addition to immediate availability, proven capabilities you must have:
- Sane leadership and team building skills
- Excellent communicator who can lead and work well with folks of all ranks
- Strong understanding of IT, AI, cybersecurity, privacy and compliance
- Ability to raise grant and then equity funding-with our support
- Ability to quickly take our current business plans and iterate and complete them for this endeavor (using AI of course)
Compensation: We are offering you a chance to earn your way into a 33% equity position in this new opportunity which has been gestating for a decade. Please allow us to be clear--there is NO initial paid compensation.
- While no personal financial investment is required, it certainly would help in establishing your commitment to our mission–it just depends on what else you bring to the table.
- We offer no initial direct compensation for the time you would spend coming up to speed and building the business plan.
- Total compensation and equity participation and timing are negotiable. After certain milestones are achieved, compensation may start to be accrued and be payable upon successful completion of the first funding rounds.
