Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Executive Vice President, Head of People at Dynamic Investments, LP.The Head of People will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including HR management, labor and employment law compliance, and HR policies. They will also handle employee relations and ensure the implementation of best practices in HR operations. This role is based in McKinney, TX, with flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities
- In this role you will lead the Human Resources organization, overseeing all HR functions, including the HR strategy, benefits, compensation, employee relations, facilities, HR programs, processes and infrastructure, learning & development, and talent acquisition

- Develop and implement HR Strategies that support the organization’s goals, foster a culture of excellence, inclusiveness and innovation
- Collaborate with senior leadership, ensure the Fund’s organizational design drives the most effective outcomes for the business and its employees
- Foster a positive working environment aligning with the Fund's values, emphasizing open communication and employee engagement
- Oversee and resolve complex and/or sensitive employment matters
- Provide leadership counsel regarding employee concerns and welfare
- Ensure effective complaint tracking and resolution; leverage data to drive policy and program improvements
- Oversee learning and development programs that address the business’ needs, including leadership, management, compliance and role-specific learning
- Enable the adoption of workplace technology and the integration of data
- Encourage culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Oversee and manage core HR processes, such as performance management, succession planning, Fund-wide goal setting, annual review process and feedback cycles to drive the best company outcomes
- Develop an end-to-end recruitment strategy that integrates the best of technology and data, as well as drives a highly effective recruiting process and candidate experience
- Oversee the overall Total Rewards strategy and implementation
- This would include traditional elements such as compensation and benefits as well as non-traditional elements that would be attractive to our employees
- Drive policies, and related processes, that align with the Fund’s Values and support both management and employees
- Ensure effective, consistent application across the organization
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of HR functions, employment laws and regulations (compensation, employee relations, learning & development, recruiting, talent management, etc.)
- Experience in the banking industry or similar regulated industry
- Experience supporting operational or call center teams
- Experience in identifying, managing metrics that drive data-driven solutions
- Proficient in HRIS systems and tools
- Demonstrated ability to learn, adopt, and implement new concepts
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to design and implement HR strategies that support business goals
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
