Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at our NYC office for a Sales Operations Manager. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations for the company and optimizing operational processes. The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved. This role is responsible for driving sales from incoming leads, proactively presenting upsell opportunities, and managing our existing clients and vendors to ensure a seamless Beautini experience. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales and/or operations experience, working in events is a huge plus!
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented, & process driven with a Customer Service mindset
- Forward thinker and can adapt easily in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent follow through while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software like Hubspot, Quickbooks and project management tools including Asana
- Passion for weddings and beauty is a plus
- On-call on weekends during wedding season if needed
