Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Sennovate in San Ramon, CA. As a Sales Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their cybersecurity needs, and presenting tailored solutions to address their challenges effectively.
- Solution Selling: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our cybersecurity products and services, effectively articulating their value proposition to prospects and clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through the entire sales cycle using CRM software.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, address objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and technical support to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Hubspot and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
