Maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks Configures and installs hardware (such as PC’s, printers and scanners) and software packages (such as operating systems and other productivity applications). Troubleshoots and makes repairs to enterprise applications and network systems.
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, virtual systems, storage, and backups
- Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer/user experience
- Work in Azure and O365 Admin console to manage systems and users
- Documentation and Knowledge base
- Updating self-help documents so customers can try to fix problems themselves

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEStrong typing skills.
Proficiency with PC’s running the Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with help desk software recommended but not required.
Bachelors Degree in computer science or
3 years experience in a computer-related field
Microsoft or Networking certification preferred
