We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Retention Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at retaining existing customers and increasing their lifetime value. Someone who envisions the ways a brand can build long lasting relationships with our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, data analysis, and the ability to craft targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with our customer base. Expertise in optimizing a combination of email, SMS, subscription and loyalty programs together will be the sweet spot for a top player on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive retention marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving customer retention and satisfaction. Improve cross sell, upsell, and repeat purchases.
- Design and execute targeted email, SMS, and digital marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of retention strategies, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve company goals.
- Manage and optimize customer post purchase survey for valuable insights and trends to share across the organization and implement into email and SMS segmentation strategies.
- Manage the retention marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Implement strategies to increase subscription rates and decrease cancellations, improving retention rates over time.
- Create visibility and engagement with Alen’s loyalty program to reward customers, generate repeat purchases and increase customer value and LTV.
- Identify ways to capitalize on inbound website traffic and build active email list for converting interested prospects to customers and repeat customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retention marketing, customer engagement, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful retention marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
