Our client is an engineering firm based out of Aurora, CO and they seek an experience IT Consultant to come in and assist with the setup, customization and management of UKG. An ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting the software post-implementation.
Summary:
The IT Solutions Manager - WorkOtter/UKG Specialist is a pivotal role dedicated to optimizing project portfolio management and resource allocation through the adept use of WorkOtter and UKG software. This position requires not only technical expertise in these platforms but also strong skills in change management and training to ensure smooth transitions, high adoption rates, and effective utilization of these systems within pre-construction and field management domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management Leadership: Lead change management initiatives associated with the implementation of WorkOtter and UKG platforms. Develop and execute strategies to manage organizational changes, addressing potential resistance and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the transition process.
- Comprehensive Training Programs: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the needs of all users of WorkOtter and UKG systems. Ensure training materials are accessible, engaging, and effective in promoting high adoption rates and competent usage of the platforms.
- WorkOtter and UKG Integration and Management: Oversee the implementation and management of WorkOtter for project and resource management, ensuring its seamless integration with UKG for a cohesive workforce management solution.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and refine current project management and resource allocation processes, leveraging WorkOtter and UKG to address inefficiencies and optimize operations.
- Collaboration Enhancement: Utilize WorkOtter and UKG to facilitate real-time collaboration among teams, improving communication and project outcomes.
- Customization for Specific Needs: Customize WorkOtter dashboards and UKG reports to specifically support pre-construction and field management teams, ensuring the tools are maximally beneficial.
- Performance Monitoring and Adjustment: Regularly assess the effectiveness of WorkOtter and UKG implementations, making necessary adjustments to improve project results and resource use.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- Expertise in WorkOtter and UKG: Proven experience with setup, customization, and management of WorkOtter and UKG platforms.
- Change Management and Training Skills: Strong capabilities in leading change management initiatives and developing/delivering training programs are essential.
- Project Management Experience: Solid project management skills, especially in pre-construction and field management, are highly valued.
- Analytical and Technical Proficiency: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills are required.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively across various levels of the organization.
Contract Details:
Duration: This is a 6-8 month contract position.
Pay: $60-67hr
