Incident Manager
Large Banking Client
Hybrid 3x/week onsite in: Dallas TX, Charlotte NC, Des Moines IA, Atlanta GA or Tempe AZ
6+ month contract
On a W2 basis ONLY (no corp to corp or 1099)
Pay: $48-$52hr W2
Requirements:
1. Incident Triage and Analysis: Monitor and assess incoming incident reports to determine severity and impact. Conduct initial analysis to identify potential root causes and impact on operations.
2.Incident Response and Resolution: Respond promptly to incidents according to established protocols and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently and effectively.
3.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of incident details, response actions, and resolutions. Generate incident reports and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
4.Escalation and Coordination: Escalate incidents to higher-level support or management as necessary. Collaborate with senior incident management personnel for complex or critical incidents.
5.Preventive Measures: Participate in the development and implementation of preventive measures to mitigate future incidents. Contribute to the improvement of incident response processes and workflows.
6.Training and Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging threats in incident management. Assist in the development of training materials and knowledge sharing sessions.
7.Proven track record of cultivating and nurturing strong professional networks, adept at fostering meaningful relationships to drive collaborative success
8.Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment and react to changing priorities, having the ability to navigate through ambiguity and change
