Position Overview:
The Regional Manager is the leader for all business operations in the assigned city or region. This responsibility includes new business development, financial and operations management, human resources, organization effectiveness, employee development and profit delivery. The Regional Manager will support the programs and initiatives originating from (HQ) and the Senior Vice President, and help to support the individual needs of their operational teams throughout their assigned region.
Principal Job Duties:
- Own and control the sales process within a specific region, including engaging and managing internal/external stakeholders,
- Develop and implement innovative pipeline growth activities across different verticals within the region.
Effectively research prospects to identify, learn and understand the unique business challenges they are facing, develop tailored solutions;
- Apply your sales skills to tactfully navigate complex and lengthy buying processes, using problem-solving skills and tenacity to continuously overcome objections and drive deals forward. Increase market share & revenue by achieving monthly and quarterly & annual KPIs
Develop a strategic business plan & direction for the assigned region with approval from the SVP.
- Responsible for the region’s business development efforts including proposals, presentations, and transitions for new locations.
- Responsible for developing client relationships and retention.
- Ensure that increased revenue, managed expenses, & customer satisfaction is maximized by maintaining the highest level of service thresholds & initiatives that are aligned with the expectations of clients.
- Lead, direct, and develop management team to accomplish annual and periodic goals/initiatives.
- Identifying high potential employees to support the organization’s continued growth.
- Monthly review of P&Ls and versus budget within the assigned region.
- Responsible for the oversight and preparation of the annual budget for the assigned region.
- Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contracts between the company and its clients;
- Review financial and operational reports as required.
- Implement and complete projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the operation of region.
- Participate in collective bargaining in contract management if applicable to assigned region.
- Review and edit proposed parking, maintenance, etc. agreements.
- Implementation and completion of projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from region.
- Additional related duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree an accredited University or College required. Business, Economics, or other applicable degree preferred; MBA Degree Preferred.
Experience:
- 10+ years in Parking Operations Management or a similar field.
- Experience with financial, accounting and reporting practices, procedures and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience with Salesforce. Com or other similar CRM program

-Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience selling B2B services in a prospecting-driven, metrics-based environment, preferably within the Parking Industry, or a related real estate services industry such as security or building services;
Demonstrated superior qualification skills in following a sales process to close
- Extensive experience working in a dynamic and fast growing B2B environment, ideally one that is delivering disruptive solutions to prospective partners;
- You have strategic, elevated business and financial acumen. You diagnose nuanced and unique business challenges, and deliver tailored, thoughtful, and persuasive business and technical solutions for your valued customers
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: oral/written communication, presenting skills, and ability to collaborate with and engage individuals at all levels of an organization
- You exhibit resilience and creativity in your hunt for new business, boldness in your approach to engaging prospects and tenacity in your pursuit to win deals.
Compensation
Salary: Position pays a 6-figure base salary plus incentive linked to business development targets
