- Weekdays (8:30-5)
- Occasional evenings or weekends for customer migrations

- Small businesses: 20-100 employees
- Some travel required to clients located in Central Ohio, counties to include:
- Union, Delaware, Logan, Morrow, Franklin
- Work performed onsite and remotely

Typical work activities
- Work tickets on help desk board and as assigned
- Refer tickets to NOC team and/or other Clarity team members, based on established protocols
- Assist with in office configuration of equipment, to include:
- Access points
- Switches
- PCs
- Printers
- Install desktop packages (MS Office, QuickBooks, etc…)
- Microsoft 365 administration
- AD administration
- Server administration
- Basic Azure and Windows Virtual Desktop administration
- Assist with network configurations
- Review vendor documents and webinars
- Assist with recurring client technical reviews and assessments
- Assist with recurring team-based Lunch & Learn knowledge sharing

- Understanding how staff interact with clients and other Clarity staff is critical to ensuring the client has a great experience with Clarity Technology Solutions. A candidate will be asked to complete a DISC profile to help in the interview and assessment process.
