MARKETING COORDINATOR - NYC Real Estate Brokerage
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team at REAL New York. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing to assist in internal marketing, content creation and vendor/asset management.
REAL New York is a boutique Real Estate Brokerage with offices in the Lower East Side and Chelsea; representing landlords, developers and clients in all five boroughs.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including creating and organizing content, trend forecasting & reporting any leads that may come from social media.
- Assist department heads and the Graphic Designer with design files for email campaigns, signage, and marketing collateral within the company.
- Assist the Director of Marketing in collecting data for new development pitches, which includes, but limited to, market analysis, comp reports, and neighborhood analysis.
- Coordinate any special project marketing initiatives for the brokerage which includes, but not limited to, guerilla marketing, merchandise and collateral, marketing assets and deliverables. This involves discussing with vendors to generate RFPs, price comparisons, and negotiations.
- Assist in event planning for company events in collaboration with the operations team. This includes discussing with vendors, receiving RFPs, working out logistics, and communicating this with the management team.
- Organize the marketing team’s digital and physical assets.
- Oversee merchandising; vendor communication, audit and ordering.
- Assist with various administrative ad hoc tasks as needed.
Desired Qualifications and Traits:
- Bachelor’s Degree required ideally with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in the real estate industry.
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Great energy, positive attitude, and a true team player.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok)
- Proficient in all Google Suite platforms and experience working in Canva.
Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm at our Chelsea office.
Salary: $55,000 - $62,500
