As a Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for retaining our customers year over year. This role will involve working closely with both our Security Account Executives and our Account Managers to ensure that our customers are seeing the full value of their subscriptions and continue to depend on us as their trusted security partner. Our Renewals Specialist will meet with customers frequently to discuss their subscriptions, continue to optimize their security stack and position renewals.
You Should Have
- Previous Experience in a Saas AE (account executive), CSM (customer success) or AM (account management) role or 1-2 years experience as a high performing Saas SDR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing and supporting a high volume of accounts
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- An interest in technology and excitement to be in the Cybersecurity space
- The ability to work full time in person in NYC
- A genuine interest in working closely with and helping others
