Essential Functions
- Support the government customer in developing, maintaining, and implementing office wife program management policies, procedures, processes, templates, and other documents.
- Develop and implement, at CISA’s direction, a framework for planning, executing, and prioritizing the government customer’s cyber operations resources and capabilities.
- Provide process improvement support across government customer functions, including:
- Identifying, analyzing, and developing improvements to business processes and methods.
- Documenting process improvement recommendations, including as is and to be process documentation and briefing recommendations to management.
- Facilitate implementation of management-approved processes.
- Develop process work products: process descriptions, guidelines, templates, and checklists to facilitate process compliance.
- Provide group facilitation and training for newly implemented processes.
- Continuously refine processes to meet ongoing organizational and business goals.
- Assist with developing workflow documentation (e.g., standard operating procedures, work instructions).
- Support workforce management and resource planning:
- Assist with the formulation and coordination and provide input for formal and informal taskers, including but not limited to:
- Congressional Q&A
- Media inquiries and talking points
- GAO audits
- Leadership briefings
- Testimony messaging/content
- Legislative reviews
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Cybersecurity, or other related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in developing and improving business processes for government or private sector organizations.
- Extensive experience analyzing mission requirements to determine what resources are needed to meet objectives.
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI
