Preferred Qualifications, Experience And Requirements
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience with Dell-EMC products including VxRail, Unity, PowerStore, PowerMax, PowerScale, RecoverPoint / RP4VMs, PowerFlex, Avamar, Networker, Data Domain, and PowerProtect Data Manager
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience with VMware products including vSphere, SRM, vRealize, vSAN, NSX, and VMware Cloud Foundation
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience with iSCSI, fiber channel, and FCoE fabrics
- Must have experience with server platforms from Cisco, Dell, or HP
- Prefer experience with other Hyperconverged, SAN, Backup, and Disaster Recovery technologies (Cohesity, Veeam, Cisco HyperFlex, Nutanix)
- Prefer experience with public and hybrid cloud solutions, such as Microsoft, Amazon and VMware Cloud
- Must have technical expertise in deployment and troubleshooting data center technology-related issues through data collection and analysis
- Must have excellent communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations for projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide training to customers
- A proven track record of high-quality solution implementations
- Demonstrated ability to work with and communicate with other team members
- Must have the ability to analyze existing and anticipated client requirements and promote consideration of companies’ solutions and services to meet the client’s requirements
- A strong desire to learn other technologies and skills
- Multiple Dell-EMC professional level certifications (EMCIE, EMCTA, Proven Professional)
- Multiple VMware professional level certifications (VCP, VCAP or VCDX)
