Position Summary:
Terry Town is seeking a talented full-time IT Manager to join our team. The IT Manager will lead an internal Data Analyst team, manage vendors, and oversee the monitoring and support of our IT infrastructure and operations. This role requires strong technical skills, exceptional customer support abilities, and effective communication.
Essential Functions:
· Provide excellent technical support and service for internal employees.
· Offer hands-on technical support when necessary.
· Monitor and report on the health, performance, capacity, and reliability of all systems.
· Develop and document standard operating procedures for routine tasks, staff turnover, risk mitigation, and disaster recovery.
· Communicate effectively with leadership on critical issues, incidents, or crises.
· Participate in budgeting processes and provide cost guidance.
· Manage projects, vendors, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery efforts.
· Collaborate with different departments (CSR, Art, Production, Warehouse) to evaluate processes and suggest improvements.
Required Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
Required Experience:
· Minimum 5 years of professional IT Manager experience.
· Minimum of 2 years of team management experience.
· Proficiency in writing, analyzing, and developing SQL code.
· Expertise in Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
· Excellent documentation skills.
· Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
· Proficiency in IT Infrastructure, deployment, and support, such as LAN/WAN, subnets, firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs, routers, and Wi-Fi/WAPs.
· Hands-on technical knowledge of Microsoft OS environments, network monitoring tools, and core Microsoft technologies including Windows Servers, Windows Hypervisor, Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365.
· Familiarity with business application implementation and integration best practices.
· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
· Avaya IP Office experience (On-site).
· Cloud architect and data warehouse experience.
Preferred Experience:
· Experience with SAP Business One, Crystal Reports, SSMS, WMS, and API
· Knowledge of Wholesale or Promotion Product Industries.
