NOC Tech I to join their team!
Start your career in the communication space as a critical tech for the Network Operations Center. Are you interested in learning everything there is to know about the Network Operations Center and begin a long-term career? If so, please submit your resume for consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and help manage outages
- Answer customer support calls
- Handle tickets and escalate and triage them as necessary
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Computer literacy skills
- Ability to multitask and manage several things at once
- Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Network+ cert/CCNA
- ServiceNow or other related ticketing experience
