About the Role:
With main operations in Europe, UAE, & APAC, Xtra Mile has established their success with a large portfolio of global clients & are now looking to expand their presence to the US market! That said, we are seeking a founding Sales Executive who will lead new business development & customer relationship management initiatives targeting B2B customers in the North American region.
As one of the first US-based Sales Executives for Xtra-Mile, you will drive new client acquisition efforts for the region while helping define strategies for future expansion as the territory develops. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end management of all that is related to the sale of marketing solutions for the US B2B market, aiming to establish professional, value-based relationships with executive decision makers at organizations of all sizes & serve as a strategic consultant to earn their marketing business.
Responsibilities:
- Executing all new business development strategies as a founding Sales Executive in the US market
- Managing the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to the transaction's closing
- Running discovery meetings (in-person & virtual), conducting needs analysis, crafting creative solutions tailored to customer needs, preparing/delivering sales presentations, & handling negotiations
- Collaborating with Campaign Managers to build & present comprehensive marketing solutions that meet customers' expectations
- Maintaining relationships with newly established customers while consistently aiming to increase their level of activity & investment by positioning the value of our services & products
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B Sales Executive role, ideally within a Marketing/Advertising agency environment
- Proven track record in new business development, engaging & acquiring new clients, & leading negotiation cycles with senior leadership
- Experience managing complex processes to close new business as well as growing existing accounts through up-selling/cross-selling
- Marketing background or a strong knowledge base of digital marketing solutions & employer branding
- Understanding of social media trends is a plus
