- Provide Tier II Technical support both in office and in the field
- Support tickets related to Infrastructure and Dental software applications
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience working in Technology Support
- 2 years of experience providing Windows Server administration
- Experience supporting user related issues to O365

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $70K to $80K per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience
