Accesspoint Insurance Agency is looking to hire an enthusiastic Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is not your average customer service job.
You will receive thorough training in insurance in order to be able to perform this job. As our Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be working to build relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and promoting customer loyalty.
You will work remotely, but connected with the rest of the team via Zoom daily.
Your Role:
- Receive training to become familiar with our insurance products to be able to discuss with our clients and prospects
- Work in conjunction with our Coordinator of Customer Engagement
- Make outbound calls to clients and prospects for information and updates
- Make outbound calls to clients to touch base and promote the relationship between them and our agency
- Receive incoming calls and assist clients in their requests and address their concerns
- Maintain customer files and notes of your contact
- Communicate effectively over the phone and via email in a warm and empathetic manner
- Assist the team in miscellaneous tasks such as making policy changes, gathering information, requesting signatures etc.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is shared only with authorized individuals
- Provide support to coworkers as needed during heavy workloads and absences

Requirements:
- Reliable home internet
- Computer with microphone and speakers (equipment will not be provided by Accesspoint)
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work an 8 hour shift daily
- Have flexibility with your schedule on busy days
