Description
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of ongoing cybersecurity projects. You will define, initiate, and execute projects while managing budgets, schedules, and performance to ensure overall success and acceptance. Your expertise will be essential in establishing and executing project execution plans, managing risks and issues, and leading program events and stakeholder communications.
Skills
- 10 or more years of experience managing information technology or cyber portfolios.
- Certification from a major project management body such as PMI or PRINCE2.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies, with expertise in JIRA.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity roles in regulated environments.
- Experience delivering technical projects using various methodologies, including agile, scrum, and waterfall.
- Strong ability to implement best practices for portfolio and program management.
- Capability to create and manage time, cost, and schedule estimates.
- Experience working effectively in a matrix organization.
- Proactive in identifying and addressing challenges before they escalate into project risks.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and make informed decisions with limited data.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to identify solutions to complex issues.

- Manage risks and issues across the program and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead the setup and execution of program events, briefings, and stakeholder communications.
- Report on program performance to various levels of management.
- Manage annual budgets, contracts, and relevant acquisition activities, including enterprise cyber program management and oversight of other project managers.
