Sales Lead
The Sales Lead is a leadership profile within SISA.The individual will drive SISA’sbusiness development and strategic endeavors in North America. This role requires a good understanding of cybersecurity principles, especially in data classification and discovery. The person will be a self-starter with a strong background in cybersecurity solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to provide leadership and help build and trainthe Business Development team.
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of data classification and discovery processes, showcasing our solutions' value in these areas.
- Regularly meet with clients to discuss their needs and identify opportunities for cyber security solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term sales success.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing customer accounts.
- Resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients and handle complaints to maintain trust.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development) to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Provide regular updates on account status, including risk and opportunities, to management.
- Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall experience with at least the last 5 years in Cyber Security/ Payment domain.
- Experience selling in the Financial Services domain is highly preferable.
- Experience in scaling a business successfully.
- Proven record of Up Selling &Cross Selling of products/services.
- Strong client relationship building/ interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
